Let’s step outside! This walk starts on the outskirts and leads into the city centre for a spectacular dance piece by Voetvolk. The participants go on a walk full of unexpected impressions. Dancers mingle with the walkers, experiences in nature become art, encounters become movement and vice versa.
In NOMADICS we experience nature’s view of human beings and how it endures the traces of their footprints. It all starts with a long walk that anyone can join. The dancers of the Voetvolk group will meet the audience at a pre-arranged location and take those who wish to explore on a walk. From the noise of the city to the silence of the countryside – and back again. The walk culminates in a spectacular open-air dance performance in the city centre.
NOMADICS will take place three times during FLURSTÜCKE. The approximately 12 km long walks start outside of Münster in the Rieselfelder. The exact
meeting point will be communicated upon registration. You can watch the show without registering for the walk.
After Saturday night’s performance, strollers, audiences, passers-by and night owls can let Van Cauwenberghe’s sounds carry them through the night
at the FLURSTÜCKE party at the Theater im Pumpenhaus.
